Sheila Edwards is a motivational leadership consultant and CEO of A Positive Spirit, LLC with a vision to influence change in the world through collaboration and a positive spirit. She is a vision-driven, goal-focused leader, with a proven history of innovation and achievement.

Throughout her twenty-year career, she has established a reputation as a transformational leader who is driven by challenge, undeterred by obstacles, and committed to furthering standards of excellence. Her ability to build consensus among corporate, political, educational, religious, and volunteer organizations is impeccable.

Sheila is a leadership consultant and motivational speaker. She received a five-star review for her 2019 “Diversity & Inclusion” speech at the Mayor’s Community & Volunteer Appreciation Open House. Sheila graduated from Lowell High School, and San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and minor in Social Science.

Sheila served in several leadership roles for Greater Northern California First and Second Jurisdictions. She enjoyed being an Evangelist Missionary for many years. Sheila has reached over thirty-eight countries through ministry and leadership through A Positive Spirit. Many of her mentees serve in ministry, corporate and non-profit leadership throughout the world.
